Qraft CPQ is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform providing configure-price-quote, procurement, project management, and related business operations tools for IT service companies and managed service providers. The Service is provided on a subscription basis and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at our sole discretion.
To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles will be presented at the time of purchase and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy or as required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change subscription fees upon reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after a fee change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

The Service, including all software, content, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other materials associated with Qraft CPQ, are the exclusive property of the Company and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.
You are expressly prohibited from using the Qraft CPQ name, logo, trademarks, or brand assets for any purpose without our prior written consent. This includes but is not limited to:
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes only.
You retain ownership of all data, content, and information you submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). By submitting Customer Data, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your Customer Data. We do not review, verify, or take responsibility for the content you submit.
We take the privacy and security of your data seriously. We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your personal information or Customer Data with third parties for their marketing purposes. We do not monetize your data. Information you submit through inquiry forms or account registration is used solely to respond to your inquiry or to operate and improve the Service.
We may share data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Service, subject to confidentiality obligations. These providers are not permitted to use your data for any purpose other than providing services to us.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
